Returns & Refunds

Everything in our shop is handmade, so please look your piece over when you pick it up. Here is how returns work.

Pickup at the studio

Online orders are picked up at the studio (704 Paredes Line Rd, Suite G5, Brownsville, TX) during studio hours. We don't ship at this time. Check your order when you collect it and tell us right away if something isn't right.

Returning shop items

If you change your mind, bring the item back within 14 days of pickup, unused and in the condition you received it, with your Square receipt. We will refund your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If a piece is cracked, chipped or not as described, tell us within 14 days of pickup and we will replace it or refund you. Handmade pieces vary a little in color, shape and glaze; that is not a defect.

What we can’t take back

Clay, glazes, underglazes and other supplies once opened or used; custom or commissioned work; gift cards; and items marked final sale.

Classes, workshops, camps and memberships

These are booked through our scheduler. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are shown when you book and in your confirmation email. If you have questions, contact us.
